If that's what he's saying, why didn't he just say that? He's asking where they are. As far as I know that page covers iOS 7.0 up until 7.1. Nowhere does it say the page is specifically dedicated to iOS 7.1.

I am still using 7.0.4 and so are people who are buying iPhones now. They are probably on 7.0. So that page holds true regardless.

They probably don't really want to do that since it will get rid of one of the more prominent things they often (used to) show off in ads, promos, demos, etc.--full screen contact photos for incoming calls/FaceTime.
