Shoutcast available on iPhone yet?

Does anyone know if anyone is working on a shoutcast application for iPhone?

Or can anyone play .m3u or .pls format streams on iPhone?

It would be great if iPhone could stream the entirity of shoutcast streams. yes I know there is an iRadio-- but shoutcast has a lot more content....

(including if you look carefully enough, several free streams of Howard Stern-!)

Are you trying to tell us something you aren't allowed to talk about or are you just guessing?

From experience, it is incredibly simple for someone to make a 3rd party app for this. Apple practically gives away the code to do most of it.

Have you looked at Tuner? It has support for Icecast and Shoutcast streams. You can enter in a stream URL of your choice, or browse by genre.

It's not free, but I can highly recommend the purchase.
