Hi there, I am looking for something like , if I have multiple terminal windows , and currently I use cmd+1,cmd+2 etc to switch between them,Is there a feature like , I open one terminal and enter a shortcut or key and see all terminals as small windows on the screen and I then I can pick what ever I want.Please advice.

Go to System Preferences. In Mission Control there is an option for "Application Windows" and a few others. Set your key control and it will display all the windows for the current application in the screen. You can also use hot corners which is what I prefer. Put your mouse in a corner of the screen and you get the same effect.

Just swipe up to get 'mission control' - you will see all open windows and can click on the one you want
