I'm looking for a way to run a slideshow and video clip at the same time on the same screen. I realize I can open up two different apps to do this, but I want one app that can run both at once. Ideas?

Show both slideshow and video at same time?

Use Keynote. You can have the video playing on one side of the screen, and your pictures showing on the other side.
