Show hidden in iCloud drive?

The iCloud Drive folder hides folders that are associated with iOS apps. In Mavericks I would do things like drop PDFs into the GoodReader documents folder, and then GoodReader would pull them down via iCloud. Now, that folder isn't visible in iCloud Drive. Any trick to have all iCloud Drive folders visible n Finder?
