I have a 2008 Mac Pro.
All of my files with the exception of my iTunes are on 1 hard drive.
I have that drive cloned to a HDD in disc bay 2. I also have a Drobo attached with back ups of all my files an applications.
The issue i am running into is whenever i search for something in spotlight i get 4 or 5 different versions of the same files due to the hard drives attached.
Also whenever i do "Open" with it shows multiple versions of the same applications. Not a huge deal but just looks a bit cluttered.
Is there anyway I can tell OS X that my clone drive and my drobo should not be searched for used for open with.
Thanks!
