Show to-do's on calendar in iCal?

I was wondering if there is a way so that the To-Do's in iCal are shown on the calendar instead of the drawer on the side. I would like to use it for keeping track of assignments that are due. I tried using a program called Schoolhouse but its kinda glitchy and it doesnt appear like its still worked on yet it showed to-do's on a calendar.

If you know of a way to do this or another program that might work better please let me know. Thanks

Just drag them from the drawer right onto the calendar.
