Showing (2) Twitter app icons on home screen?

Has this happened to anyone? One is dark with less exposure while the other looks like the normal Twitter icon. There is no functionality with the second darker icon and it will not allow me to delete it.

Figured before I reset my phone I would ask around.

Thanks, I attached two photos showing the icons and a second photo showing the menu the darker Twitter icon gives me.
