Showing transfer speeds

Hey, is there any way to show the current transfer speeds when copying a file to an external HD for example?

or if not possibly an ap?
 
iStat Menus or PathFinder as third party solution.

Applications / Utilities / Activity Monitor > Disk Activity as first-party solution.
