This issue has been going on for a while. I can quite happily login using my TWC ID via Charter on the web site and activate my various Roku devices etc. but I cannot for the life of me get the iPad app to login.
Logging in to Spectrum on Safari on the iPad works fine, as does HBO Go.
If I don't select 'Remember Me' then I go round in a complete loop. If I do check that box (and keep it checked) then after the second attempt of logging in with just my password I get the following:
Someone suggested uninstalling the app, shutting down the iPad for 5 minutes, then restarting and reinstalling. Unsurprisingly this got me no-where fast.
Unsure which way to turn on this since, if Charter have any part of TWC left inside them, they'll just blame Showtime.
The app used to work OK - until a few months ago and now I can't log in to save my life.
If I get really lucky, instead of the 404, I'll get:
but all that does is iFrame in the login page which then just gives me the normal Charter Spectrum web site.
Anyone any ideas?
