I have the SHSH blob for an iPad 3 with this serial number:

DYTHJ7R0DJ8V

and this ecid:

2340892189643

This iPad was sent in for repair, but apple replaced it with a different one. If you receive this iPad from apple and need the blob, it can be downloaded here.

This shsh blob will allow you to restore to 5.1.1 after it is no longer being signed by apple, if need be.

If the new owner needs it, he/she can get it from Cydia. We've heard a lot of stories where people receiving refurb iphone with previous blobs saved in Cydia.
