SHSH Blobs. Help?

I jailbroke my iPhone 4 running 4.0.1 and when Cydia opened it asked me to set up these SHSH blobs. Unfortunately the screen couldn't load because I was on a Edge connection. Now I can't get back to the screen. What do I do?
