I have 4.3 on my iPad 2 but when I save my SHSH in TinyUmbrella it shows as 4.3.1, anyone know why? I'm not too concerned since many others have reported the same, I'm just curious.
 
Cydia saves SHSH's automatically after your first save.

It's "making your life easier".

Apple stopped signing 4.3 about 2 weeks ago so when you run TinyUmbrella it only saves 4.3.1 now even though you're on 4.3.
 
Yes you can keep your 4.3 for future but if you ever have to restore it you won't be able to restore it to 4.3 unless you have those SHSH saved. If you are going to jailbreak using greenpoison or something similar it will work fine. Pwnage tool will not work since you will have to restore custom firmware file using itunes. So if you don't have 4.3 shsh restore won't work
