SHSH Tweaks

I have heard on these forums of people tweaking a whole bunch of options by using SHSH. I have been searching for a few hours on these forums and google and I cant for the life of me find -anything- showing the tweaks we can do and more importantly HOW we can do them. Can anyone help me out here...

You most likely mean SSH. First you need to install OpenSSH from Cydia - this will allow you to access your iPhone file system via your computer. http://www.i-funbox.com on Win and http://cyberduck.ch/ on OS X seems to be the two most common options.

haha wow im a noob ya I meant SSH. Maybe thats why I couldnt find any tutorials showing how to mod my phone.

I got everything installed but I was just wondering if there was someone that had all the tweaks you could do in some kind of walk through. Like hot to change carrier name and icons.
