iPod touch Shsh?

Ok I made many posts about jailbreaking but im just trying to make sure im doing things right. Ok im going to update to 5.0.1 and im on 4.3.3 right now and jailbroken. If i want to downgrade back to 4.3.3 what do i need to do first. Is it something with shsh blops or something? How would i save them? What tools do i needa use

Thanks for the link. Can you save shsh on a flash drive incase it gets delete off the computer

Ok on tinyumbrella it shows a folder link like the c:// or whatever it is and it shows a folder called cache and two files for 4.3.3 and 4.3.5. Are those the exact files you need to save because when i try to open them it says it cant open open or something like that
