hey!
this is indeed dedication...
my wee boy bought a shuffle with his birthday money,
he installed the software on his own computer and had bought a few songs from i-tunes - all was going brilliantly...
until -
he went to stay with his cousins and their friend talked him into 'jazzing up' his playlist - so -
they downloaded some songs from their version of i-tunes to his shuffle
once he got home he tried to listen to his songs and the wee power light kept flashing red and green
now even when he has connected the contraption to his own computer, the shuffle says that there are no songs on it - although he says that memory is still used up on his shuffle
what 0 what is the best thing to do now?
i have no clue - i'm not the tech-iest of minded mums...
is there a way of getting everything back to square one:
no pals music
no flashing lights
a clean sheet to start again with????
he's dead upset as he doesn't know what to do now and his 'pal' has been less than helpful over the phone...
can anyone heeeeeelp me become a super techie mum and cheer up my boy
i feel bad that his prezzie is all but useless at the minute and there's nothing i can do to help...
many many thanks
i scrolled the forum before joining and thought that there was bound to be a kind non - luddite soul out there to help me with this shuffle kerfuffle
