shuffle - replay, loop, etc. gone

I'm having trouble getting these options on my phone while playing music. I want to replay the same song over and over again...the option used to be there but the entire bar is gone. I can't seem to get it back.

I must have changed something in the settings but iPod in settings doesn't have anything related to this.
