Shuffle won't disengage

Sorry if this is a duplicate, my other post seemed not to get posted.

When using my iPhone 4 with the latest iOS update, the shuffle feature seems like it's always engaged within that playlist. This is true for all my playlists. When I choose music by selecting Artist, the songs play in order as listed on my device.

Any thoughts?

Yes, they will play in the order you've listed then, UNLESS, you've engaged the shuffle by tapping on the song/cover art and clicked the shuffle or repeat icons in the upper corners of the cover art.

I had mine clicked on (blue color, I believe) and disengaged it by tapping it off (white in color).
