Shuffling lock screen pics ON the hour...

I like the new shuffle image feature for the lockscreen. But I can't figure out when the screen changes - I have it set to "hourly" - and I would like to change on the hour, such as 1 pm, 2 pm, etc. Now it's sometime in the middle of an hour.

I just wrote a post about the same thing..I love how beautiful my photos look with this feature but it seems to be broken. The photo changes randomly and not hourly like I selected 🥴
