shure2c VS Sennheiser 212Pro ?

Hi guys,

I want to buy an earplug for my iPod and eMac (mostly for musics and DVD movies) and recently I'm falling in love to shure 2c. Here in NZ, i have found her at NZ$170 which i guess it's a reasonable price.

But one thing that i need to undestand:

I have another headphone of Sennheiser HD212Pro. If I buy shure2c, what makes a difference?Any suggestions?
