I tried looking for an answer on this but search returned nothing about this specifically. Anyway, when I shut down my MBP at night and it's fully charged to 100%, should I remove the power cord or leave it plug in? Also, is better to shut it down or leave it on sleep? I use the computer every night.

You can leave your plug in. And you can also sleep the Mac. No harm in that.

Also take a look at www.apple.com/batteries for some information. And MRoogle is quite a good tool to search these forums.
