My mom closed my MacBook Pro (10.7) in the middle of a repair disk. How can I fix this? I don't have access to the computer yet.

My guess is you should be able to restart the process of repairing it. And keep it away from your mom until it's done!

Thanks, will do that! Any more replies would be appreciated just to confirm. :)

I don't have access to this for over 2 months. Will I be able to boot to recovery if it runs out of battery?

Sure. Just plug it in and let it charge a bit, then you can boot it up.

What I'm scared of is that the hard drive is now corrupted and that I will not be able to boot from it after I get home. Is this a possibility?

Even if the drive were, the Recovery Partition should be fine. I wouldn't worry at all. Also, don't you have a backup?

Yes but it might be a little old. I do know I can use Target Disk Mode if my HDD can be read.
