Hello there

Is it possible to shutdown my Mac with the touch of one button for instance the Eject button? It’s a Magic Keyboard 2. Or is there an app for that?

What is your purpose? How hard can it be to move your cursor to the Apple menu and select Shut Down? Is there a special reason why you're looking for this. Maybe if you explain, we can help better.

Thanks to whoever created these in the first place.

These aren't "buttons".
They appear to be AppleScripts (small "mini-apps").
I keep them within "easy reach".

They are "one-touch" shut down and restart scripts:

Just because I'm accustom to it I guess. A physical button to turn on/off a machine seems more intuitive? Seems weird that using a Magic Keyboard would take away this option. Is there really no way to shutdown my Mac without a mouse if I have a MKB2?

Ctrl-F2 takes you right to menu bar, usually the Apple itself. Down-arrow to the Shutdown option. You can make it quicker by holding the Option key when you select Shutdown, with no confirmation prompt.

Unless you have unchecked the Ctrl-F2 keyboard shortcut [See System Preferences/Keyboard/Shortcuts/Keyboard]

Cool. Good to know. Not really what I was looking for. Just mousing to shutdown would be far easier obviously, but at least I know it's possible. This way I could easily create a Keyboard Maestro or Automator script if it continues to bug me. Thanks!
