Shutdown programs ..

I usually leave iTunes running when I go to bed and have "Energy Saver" put the Imac to sleep in an hour or so.. But I am after a program to shutdown iTunes off after a predetermined time so I can leave the iMac running so Sickbeard updates its database at 3am...

Any programs come to mind?

try macupdate.com might find an app there
