Shutter lag recently on iPhone 5

I've noticed in the past couple of months it now takes about half a second after I press the shutter for a pic to be snapped on the stock camera app. Pretty sure it used to be a lot faster than that. So:

A) has anyone else had this issue?

B) is there something I can do? Any ideas why this is happening?

Lol never mind. I just realized I had left the flash on - for all pics.

Duh.

If I knew how to delete this thread I would.

Hard reset. Force close all apps. Flash off. HDR off. If that doesn't work, restore as new.
