iPhone 11 Pro Shutter speed

I can only get my shutter speed (Night mode)to 10 seconds. How can you change it to 30 seconds? Thanks in advance.
 
The iPhone will only offer times longer than 10s when it know it's on a tripod (it detects that it is stabilised)
