Shuttering Screen

I have a Unibody MBP,,, I have that same pulsating problem many have,,, But thats not my big problem... I notice a shuttering when browsing files on the HD, on web pages, ect,,, seems like a rendering problem... Does anyone else have this problem... I have a 2.4 with 4 gig's RAM...

It looks kind of like a tv when its loosing satellite signal....
