I took my G5 to Mac Store. They determined that i had a bad Motherboard. While checking out the computer, they brought out a hard drive with a system on it and lit up my G5. Screen worked fine.
Thus the question:
Can I hook my G5 (bad motherboard) to my Mac Book Pro and use it as a second screen? If so how?
Thanks
Vince

Thanks Heilage,

I get my Mac next Wednesday and will try this and let you know what happens. I'm guessing that the Motherboard isn't involved in getting a picture to screen? Thanks
