Sidebar ad on homepage is too big

See attached screenshot.

Though it's obviously easy to hate this ad since it's for Microsoft and it's on Mac fanaticals' favorite site, I really do think it's too big. I don't like that the reader can't see the first item in the "More Macrumors Stories" box in the right sidebar.
