Sidecar? macOS beta issue or Ipad OS beta issue

Currently running the latest Ventura beta on my Macbook Pro and Ipad OS beta on my '18 Ipad pro. I'm trying to use sidecar to run a 2nd window of Chrome while studying but the additional screen on the iPad continuously freezes after a couple minutes. In display, adding a tool bar refreshes the screen and it works again for a minute or two then back to a freeze. Any ideas to trouble shoot? Would like to just focus and study. 🙃
