1. Can Sidecar be used wirelessly on your network to mirror your Mac? I use Luna Display to remotely control my Mac on my iPad, will Sidecar do this also?

2. Is there any reason to continue using Luna Display with the release of Sidecar? Does it do everything the same? Curious because I might need to purchase additional licenses.

Thanks.

You can use Sidecar to mirror your mac’s main display and thereby use your mac remotely as long as it’s on the same wifi network (or via usb cable). But I don’t know if you can initiate connection from your iPad with Sidecar, so that may be one advantage of Luna Display. Also you can use Luna Display without a monitor hooked up to your Mac (for the most part), if one wants.
