I recently filmed some stuff with my casio camera and tilted it on its side. Is there anyway to flip the video straight like you do a picture?

You can rotate it but you will end up with either big black bars on the sides or lose a bunch of the vertical picture

What software do you have available? With QuickTime Pro, for example, you could rotate the movie and save it as a custom format/size (no black bars).

I believe iMovie 08 has the built-in ability to rotate videos and I have heard of a free plugin for iMovie 06 that does the same, although the name of the plugin escapes me.

I don't know if iMovie 08 can do this; I took a quick look at the manual on Apple's support pages but did not see anything useful. Maybe someone else can answer this. Maybe there are other applications available that can do that. Meanwhile, the option of getting QuickTime Pro for $30 remains.
