Siemens gigaset se567 dsl modem

Anyone have a siemens se567 dsl router/modem? My ISP gave me one as a replacement and the range on the wirelss sucks. Can't get a signal from 30 feet. That typical or grounds for a tech support call? I'm trying to use it with penryn 2.5ghz.
