Sierra 10.12.6 Update Issue

I have a 2017 15" MBP w/ TB and updated to Sierra 10.12.6 last night and ran across a number of issues and was wondering if anyone else encountered similar issues

- After update, all of my setting were erased as well as my Email account and iCloud account
- After update, my MBP would no longer charge
