Sierra DP5 can't remove Symbols from Menuebar

Hello.... symbols from Menuebar can't not remove from this ... com's a Stop Picture.
its a Bug ? or a lock on the Desktop ?

when symbols, e.g. WLAN or displaces volume, those changes will not be kept.
The next time you reboot the symbols are as move before, arranged.
