Sigh....help with decision

I need help to justify not to upgrade my 2011 MBP with the 15" Matt HR screen.

Do you folks think it is worth the upgrade?

The proprietary SSD is what is turning me off. Whats everyone's opinion.

The proprietary SSD is only on the retina MBP. The hi res model (the one with the optical drive) still has user replaceable components.

If you have last years MBP, there's really no reason to upgrade. Its a very fast and capable machine. Save your money and upgrade in a few more years
