Sigh, MBP noise.

Hello everyone;

A week ago, my 7-8 month old MBP started making a very strange "clicking" noise. I believe its coming from the right palm rest, where DVD drive is at.

Any idea what it can be?

Nope.

The only I know of that can click is the HDD, but that is on the other side.

Yep, definitely not coming from the left side.... Could it be a fan related problem? Noise increases as fans spin faster...especially when running Windows XP.

(*deleted*)...It's not the left side, so not HDD related. Could be a fan hitting something. I would take it to the Genius Bar so they can open it unless you're comfortable doing it yourself.
