Upgraded to 4.1 to get rid of the proximity sensor issue (which did work after exchanging the phone at Apple)...this fix was more important to me than having a jailbreak.

I didn't miss the jailbreak that much, I didn't know, until having it again now.
SBSettings back for quick brightness control...
Activator for Double-click-home-button access to Phone Favorites...
Activator for Swipe-from-bottom to launch the multi-task selector...
MxTube...
MyWi...
3G Unrestrictor...
SnapTap...

But i have an iphone 4 already preserved baseband on 1.59. Its on 4.1, preserved 1.59... limera1n shouldnt touch my baseband right?

How do you update a jailbroken iphone 4 on 4.0.1 to 4.1 ?

Download tinyumbrella and save shsh, start tss server and keep it running, upgrade your iphone to 4.1 with itune and your baseband will be preserve, you can download 4.1 from iphoneheat or redmondpie.

I just did mine yesterday from 4.02 to 4.1, I exchange my iphone4 4.01 at the applestore for some issue I have.

Thanks for the help man.

Will the ultrasn0w unlock still work with this limera1n JB ?

Do I need an active at&t account and sim to activate the iphone after restore ?

I just install ultrasn0w and according to the writeup, it should work, I don't have a cut down tmobile microsim to test it.

You also need a AT&T sim to activate the phone, can be inactive sim.
