I've posted before about a similar topic, however...

Has anyone tried the new 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 digital lens? All descriptions list that it's compatible with digital AF mount cameras, but don't say if the lens itself is an autofocus lens. Is it manual only? The product picture only shows the zoom lock switch, and no AF/M focus switch. It looks like a great all-in-one lens, and I'd love to know more. Anybody?
thanks.

im not familiar with that specific lens. but i have never have heard of a MF digital lens, if its for nikon or eos there is no way it is MF becuase they both changed their mount when they adopted AF systems. i would feel safe telling you that it is autofocus. on the other side of that i have never been a fan of sigma. their lenses just seem to be a step below. if this is for a nikon i would look hard at the 18-70DX. that ED glass is hard to beat.
