Sigma Lens on D40

Will this Sigma 70-300mm APO DG Macro Lens autofocus on my Nikon D40? It says it will, but doesn't say HSM.

It states "With Built-In Motor" so I guess so. It would be pretty flagrant misdescription if it wasn't the HSM version.

It will work, good lens too for the wedge, I had one a few years ago,Love the red ring around the end of the lens, it doesn't have the Hyper sonic Motor, adding HSM will bump up the price too, but it's still a sweet lens,you'll get some good results with it
