Sign In with Apple?

I’m thinking about signing out of all my apps and switching to Sign In with Apple For privacy reasons. Do Most people on here sign in thru apps that way? Is there any real big benefit to it?

Do you have to switch your main email on all the apps to your apple email to maintain your same account/profile? Say for example, I want to switch Reddit to Sign In with Apple. If I’m currently signed in to Reddit using my gmail, do I have to switch my Reddit email to my apple email to use Sign In with Apple and maintain my same account/profile?
