Signal and Wifi Icon while in SBSettings

Hi, does anyone else have this problem?
While in SBSettings... all my customized icons go back to iPhone orginal state...
If not... anyone know how to fix it?

Should be the same for Cydia. I believe because they run at a different level in the OS they don't take on the WB changes. Someone else will have a more articulate explanation.
