After updating to an IOS 14.x version my iphone 11 Pro Max started a strange behaviour. Suddenly my mobile internet was very very slow and it prioritized edge over 4G.
I have an iphone XR with the same e-sim (multi-sim) with the same settings an no problems. Full bars and 4G and very good speed and next to it the 11Pro Max with edge and unusable.
Speedtest is extremely slow or is not connecting to any server. Sometimes after restart or toggling flight mode it will work for some minutes and after that fall back to slow internet.
Sometimes it has even problems to find any provider. Another E-sim in this device has the same problems. Vodafone exchanged one e-sim already with the same result (deleted my e-sim and readded the sim but nothing).
I bought now a new iphone 13 pro max which doesn't has the problems with the same e-sim and same setting which i already expected... but before i sell my old IP 11 Pro Max i have to make sure now ... is it a hardware issue? or is it a software issue?
For me even in the long apple thread its not clear....
Does someone has similiar problems and could fix it? because if it is a hardware issue i would ofc don't sell my iphone to private and just give it back to apple.
