iPhone 13 Pro Signal loss frequently.

I am having issues where my 13 Pro will tend to fade in/out after a fairly long discussion. But I don't know if it's the phone or the wireless carrier.
I am using Consumer Cellular and supposedly a T-Mobil sim. But I know that the MVNO's will sometimes cut your data stream back and wondering it it could be related to that, or the phone itself.

All things considered, with an out of state trip coming up, wondering if I should shift back to T-Mobile or maybe Verizon.

Any thoughts?

Take the phone to apple and have it checked out
