Significant Difference in Windows Partition Size - Disk Utility vs. Windows Explorer

Greetings. On my Boot Camp-created Windows 8 partition, Disk Utility shows a size of 375GB vs. Windows Explorer which shows a size of 220GB.

I split a 750GB HD in half, so Disk Utility should be accurate. Any idea of why the large discrepancy in size? And can I reclaim the 150+GB in unaccounted for disk space?
