Signing Questions

I have looked at ineal and according to the site back to 11.0.1 is being signed for the 7 plus. But ipsw.me claims only back to 11.2 is being signed, which site is correct?

Also for the 6s ineal says 10.3.3 is being signed for the 6s but ipsw.me claims the opposite.

11.1 is not signed, and I see no reason 10.3.3 would still be signed for the 6S either
