I saw other threads about established AT&T accounts purchasing iPhones but nothing about new accounts.
My father just got back from a business trip and is exhausted, so no way he's getting up in a couple hours to camp for an iPhone.
My next door neighbor (19 y.o.) is taking me and camping with me instead.

My dad is willing to give me the CC and SSN# info for me to create the account the only problem is that he won't be there in person.

I heard that you have to be 18+ to sign the contract? (I'm only 16)

What about people who pre-ordered online? There was no physical need for a signature. Can I use that as an argument?

Thanks for the help guys.

iPhone section traffic is ridiculous right now and I NEED some sort of answer.

you're gonna need your dad there. you can't start a new line under someone else's name without them being there. regardless if you have all the info.

Thanks for the response.
Over the phone maybe? I'm determined to find SOME solution.
Hopefully I'll get a nice specialist to work with.
