Carrier Signing up for IUP next year?

Hey everyone,
So I’m about to hop on an existing family plan with my cousin and some other family and was wondering how this would affect my application for the iUP next year.

I’m currently on the program on my own, but I’ll need to provide account details next year when I sign up.

Will I need the last 4 of their SSN? Or can they give me some sort of permission on the account where I could just use my own info?

The carrier in question is Verizon.

You will need to be added as an authorized user of the account. You’re best bet is to call Verizon.
