silent button toggle to lock iphone??

i have been googling and will continue, but does anyone know of an sb settings toggle that will turn the silent button into a lock button?

for those of you that are wondering why i want it, its because my power button broke. it sounds like its physically working and the contact is "popping" but nothing happens.
