So I ran into some issues with ios 3.1.3 on my iphone 3G a few days ago and restored it to 3.1.3 a few days ago and everything works for a few days (prob 2-3 days).

So this morning when I woke up, for some reason my iphone keeps going in and out of silent mode when there is motion to my phone (for example when I pick up my phone or when i am holding my phone or when it is in my pocket and i'm walking around). I keep feeling the vibrations of it going in and out of silent mode. Note that the silent switch is off physically.

So I figured since my phone is jailbroken and I did the jailbroken a few days ago, something got corrupted during the process. So I decide to test out 4.2.1 and also see if that fixes the issue (prior to JB). Sadly it didn't.... does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Since sometimes after the motion it stays in silent mode, which would make me miss calls.

My phone is out of warranty (as of March of this year). I am waiting for the new iphone to be released for me to replace this one.
